I am an experienced doula and published author on the topics of pregnancy and postpartum. I’ve previously taught classes for a local community doula training program, and previously worked as a birth assistant to a community based home birth midwife. My approach to birthwork is from a reproductive justice lens. I’m also a queer, neurodivergent, mother of two who has birthed both vaginally without pain medication and via surgical birth - these are all identities and skills I bring to these consultations that inform the wisdom I share during these sessions.

I suggest coming prepared with your burning questions, concerns, or whatever else you want to talk about so we can make the most of your hour with me!
